WE ARE
Empower Pathways Adult Day Program is the result of a dynamic collaboration between a dedicated father and son. With a shared vision to make a difference in their community, they joined forces to create a space that provides invaluable support to those who need it the most. Their journey is a testament to the power of family, compassion, and a commitment to giving back. Through Empower Pathways, they aim to create meaningful opportunities for individuals in need, fostering growth, connection, and empowerment every step of the way.
OUR
WORK
Empower Pathways Adult Day Program is a San Diego Regional Center vendor serving adults (18+) with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Located in the South Bay, we provide a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment with a 1:3 staff-to-participant ratio for personalized support. Our structured program runs Monday through Friday, 9am–2pm, and offers educational, social, recreational, and community-based activities that build life skills, confidence, independence, and meaningful community involvement.
